JODO
Jodo is a series of attacks and defending moves between a (wooden) sword and a jo (short staff). This class is offered for youth ages 13 and up and adults. We encourage parents of youth to attend as well!
Jodo places a sword against a stick with 12 patterns of both sides attacking, parrying, and defending. Jodo is great for putting the opponent in the room and teaches quick reaction, distance, and timing against an actual opponent.
